Kickflip Mike

Native Berliner and former runway model turned drummer Kickflip Mike aka The White D’angelo is a man of the world. When not beating on skins, Mike likes to indulge in production work and as contributed to several releases on his Box Aus Holz imprint alongside co-founders Luds, Max Graef & T-Bone. The foursome founded the label back in 2011 at the tender age of 18.

A skilled drummer and MPC enthusiast, Mike helped develop Graef’s live set and became his sidekick for the 2014 live tour, taking them to festivals across Europe.
Kickflip’s musical abilities recently earned him a central role in the Max Graef Band as director of the rhythm section – the backbone of the orchestra.

Their debut album ‘Dog’ was released in December and will be accompanied by a European tour in spring 2016.
